Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at 706.254.8876 or by email at trilliumavl@gmail.com.
Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the scheduled service price and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that unforeseen delays may occur, but please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your massage session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the shortened session due to late arrival.
If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
