Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at 706.254.8876 or by email at trilliumavl@gmail.com.

  • Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the scheduled service price and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • We understand that unforeseen delays may occur, but please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your massage session.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

  • The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the shortened session due to late arrival.

  • If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
