It’s an honor to practice massage therapy and help others through the healing power of touch. My journey with the human body began in dance, where I learned to move, stretch, and deeply listen to my body's cues. This connection with the somatic body—the body’s inner wisdom—seamlessly integrates into my massage practice. I combine stretching, joint mobilization, and focused presence to enhance well-being and encourage a harmonious body-mind dialogue.

I offer Thai massage as well as Swedish relaxation table massage, incorporating trigger point release, acupressure, and deep tissue techniques. I trained at AB-Tech’s Clinical Massage Program and am licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy (License #19718). My continuing education includes training with Cat Matlock of FreeBody and Thai massage with Michael Sitzer.

In my practice, I synchronize with the music playing, allowing it to guide my touch and enhance the massage experience. My goal is to listen to each body, letting it lead the way to nurture both spirit and physical needs, believing that emotional upliftment is as crucial as physical healing.
